Artwalk, Puppets in the Park set for Saturday at Wilson Park

What do you get when you combine artwork by 20 local artists, live music, juggling, free hot dogs, and a series of puppet shows all set in the open air in beautiful fall weather at one of Fayetteville’s most beloved parks?

I’m not sure, but the best way to find out is to head down to Wilson Park on Saturday, Oct. 9 for the 7th Annual Wilson Park Artwalk / Puppets in the Park combo celebration.

It all starts at 9 a.m., and work from local artists will be set up for viewing along Wilson Park trail. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the art will benefit the installation of more public art in Fayetteville parks.

This year, Puppets in the Park coincides with the event, and puppet making, puppet shows, live music, and also start at 9 a.m.
