Wednesday To-do: Oct. 13

If you’re reading this before 9 a.m. and you’ve been waiting for general public tickets for the Snoop Dogg show to go on sale, you’re in luck. That’s the magic time number.

When the clock strikes, click this interweb hyperlink, call 443-5600, or bust out an old fashioned in-person purchase at the Walton Arts Center ticket office.

According to The Arkansas Traveler, the WAC online ticket center was a little less than perfect on Monday, so expect a possible wait.

If you’re a student and you missed out on the original round of tickets, 1,800 more free student tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Oct. 15 at noon.

Today

Dubstep is taking over the town, FYI. Besides tonight’s Domewrekka show at FIX, there’s the new Dubstep Thursdays event at Speakeasy which began last week. Tonight’s music starts at 10 p.m. with dj’s EQ and Bailey Mendenhall. You like bass, right?

No? Well Greenhouse Grille hosts Colorado’s Teresa Storch along with Kim Richardson and Fayetteville’s Shannon Wurst.
