It’s Election Day. Go vote.

If you aren’t allowed to complain if you don’t vote, and if you really like complaining, then today’s a really important day.

It’s election day, folks, and if you haven’t done so already, it’s time to get your vote on.

If you aren’t sure where to vote, there are all kinds of handy tools for finding your polling place. If you aren’t sure if you’re registered or not, you could head over to Arkansas’ Voter View website to make sure, and find your voting location.

Google has a pretty sweet tool as well that will tell you where your polling place is, or if you’re not into the whole interwebs thing, you can also just call the Washington County Clerk’s office at 479-444-1711 to get the same info.

Several local, regional, state, and national races will be decided today, and don’t forget that Arkansas Code 7-1-102 requires that your employer “must create schedules so that each employee will have the opportunity to vote.”

Polls will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and you will be asked to present a photo identification at the polls, so don’t forget to bring that.

Otherwise, voting is easy. Go for it.
