4th Annual Senior Giving Tree Event

The 4th Annual Senior Giving Tree event will be held on December 14 at the FayettevilleSeniorCenter. This event celebrates seniors in Fayetteville and is an opportunity for the community to show appreciation for local seniors and acknowledge the many ways in which they have contributed to our city.

The Community Services Division is collecting gifts for the seniors at this event. For some seniors in our community this will be their main holiday celebration.

Spread a little holiday cheer this year by dropping off unwrapped gifts for these seniors to the Community Services Division at 125 W Mountain before December 8th. All gifts that are collected will be handed out to seniors at the Fayetteville Senior Center Christmas Luncheon. Some gift ideas include gift cards, stationary sets, scarves, gloves, blankets, lotions, or crossword puzzles.

For more information about the Senior Giving Tree event, or about dropping off donated gifts for the seniors, call (479) 575-8260.
