There are only a few things I can think of that could make Fayetteville an even better place to live (free jet packs for everyone, a Hugo’s in my bedroom, flying cars, a mongolian grill restaurant) and one of them is about to happen.
We’re getting a Mongolian grill.
HuHot Mongolian Grill and Barbecue is currently under construction at 637 E. Joyce Blvd., but franchisee Jim Lee said that he hopes to open the new restaurant in mid January.
If you’re not familiar, the concept behind a Mongolian grill is simple. You choose vegetables, meats and sauces from a table of fresh ingredients, hand them to a cook with a large, hot cooking surface, and two minutes later, you’ve got yourself a hot custom creation, ready to be devoured. Most of them are all you can eat.
The first HuHot opened in Missoula, Montana in 1999. There are currently 35 locations restaurants nationwide, and the Fayetteville store will be first one in Arkansas.
