Press Release | Oak Ridge Trail Construction

  • By Todd Gill · Tuesday, Dec 28, 2010

OAK RIDGE TRAIL CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN DECEMBER 29

Starting Wednesday, December 29, the City of Fayetteville’s Transportation Department will begin construction of the new Oak Ridge Trail connection adjacent to Center Street. This phase of construction will take approximately 7 to 8 working days to complete.

Periodic lane closures or road closures should be expected on the section of Center Street between Gregg Street and Hill Avenue. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to those traveling in this area during the construction process and signage will be placed to indicate detour routes as needed.

A plan and map of this trail section to be completed is available at Oak Ridge Trail Project.

Thank you for your patience while we are engaged in this road work.

For more information contact Jeff Coles, Assistant Transportation Manager, at (479) 575-8227 or [email protected] .
