Chamber to host first in series of legislative forums Friday

The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce’s Governmental Relations Committee will host the first in a series of forums with area legislators at 4 p.m today (Friday, Jan. 21) inside the chamber’s offices.

State representatives Charlie Collins (District 89), Bill Pritchard (District 35), Uvalde Lindsey (District 88) and Greg Leding (District 92) are expected to be in attendance today to update the community on current legislative and policy issues from the 88th General Assembly.

Following the program, the legislators will be available for a question-and-answer session.

Future legislator forums are scheduled for Feb. 4, Feb. 18, March 4, March 18, and April 1 (if necessary).

The events, sponsored by the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, are free to attend and open to the public.
