Tuesday To-do: Jan. 25

In anticipation of the Dalai Lama’s appearance at the University of Arkansas in May, a film and book discussion series is in full swing.

The series is organized around four films and three books and is designed to provide a general understanding of the life and work of the Dalai Lama.

January is the fourth month of the series and book #2, “Ethics for the New Millennium,” is up for discussion tonight at 7 p.m. in the UA Union Theater.

Also tonight, the Razorback basketball team takes on Auburn in Bud Walton Arena (and on ESPNU), The Marc Rizzo Band (Soulfly) is at Rogue, and there’s live jazz at Teatro Scarpino.

Did we miss anything?
