Monday To-do: March 21

Was yesterday the first day of spring or the first day of summer? With 80-degree temperatures, it was a little hard to tell. Either way, welcome to town, warm weather. You’ve been missed.

Warning: [sportstalk]
We would’ve wasted a little too much time indoors yesterday hitting refresh on our computers if it wasn’t for our friends at Hog Database. They provided an excellent, updating Twitter timeline of the rumors that Mike Anderson was set to be the next Razorback basketball head coach. Thanks, guys. [/sportstalk]

Speaking of Twitter, today is its fifth birthday. Who cares? Snoop Dogg and Hillary Clinton do.

Anyway, it’s Monday which is cause for a huge “Boooo.” The good news, though, is that there are some calendar items on the list that sound like fun.

Smoke & Barrel Tavern has a somewhat rare Monday show with Woodsman (they canceled) (video below), locals Real Live Tigers and Voyageurs.

Rogue also has a Monday show, as does Drifters. Nice.

That’s not all, though. Here’s the list:

The list

JJ’s Grill n Chill: Isayah Warford
The Perk: Open acoustic jam
Pesto Cafe: Darren Ray
Just Mondays: Sarah Hughes
Drifters: Egyptr / Story of the Eye / Might Could
Rogue Pizza Co.: Grey Kingdom / Left of Center / Will Gunselman
Smoke & Barrel Tavern: Woodsman / Real Live Tigers
