Most of the kids in the area are out of school for Spring Break this week, which must be really awesome for them.

Most of the adults in the area, however, don’t get to take a spring break from work. Lame.

Despite the fact that we’d much rather be compiling this list of events, deals and specials from a beach somewhere, we’re taking comfort in the fact that the weather is looking pretty amazing right here in Fayetteville.

There also happen to be some pretty awesome things happening in town over the next seven days.

Ella’s has free live music this weekend with Lorie Morris and William Reyes.

George’s has Oreo Blue, Nace Brothers, American Aquarium, North Mississippi Allstars and more this week. Check the schedule.

Greenhouse Grill has Teddy Sablon, Walter Savage, and Candy Lee & The Sweets this week. Also, don’t forget they’re serving breakfast now.

April is going to be a busy month at Ozark Natural Foods. There’s an artist reception for Denise Greathouse, a “Love Your Heart” Lunch & Learn, a Bean Mountain Farm plant sale, and more. Set a reminder.

Smoke & Barrel has some awesome touring bands this week, with Aficianado, Summer People, and JP & The Gilberts.

Do you like Phunbags? Good, cause they’re back at the UARK Ballroom on Saturday night.

Walton Arts Center has two shows with guitar prodigy Julian Lage on Saturday.

Buster Belly’s has 23-oz Mason jar drafts every Tuesday night for $2.50.

Tuesday is Ladies Night at Bobbisox, inside the Fayetteville Clarion Inn. Ladies get in free, with drink specials all night.

Where can you get $1 beers every day of the week? Kingfish. That’s where.

All bottled beers and well drinks are $2.50 Thursday nights at Mickey Finn’s.

Emelia’s Kitchen has some awesome spring break specials. Try a Mediterranean burger, Ozark Smokehouse Chicken Club, or Crab Cakes this week, and wash it down with their new ginger ale.

Get two burgers, and two beers for $12 every Tuesday night at Grub’s.

Need some spice in your life? Get a Burger of the Damned or a Chicken of the Damned on Thursdays at Hugo’s.

JJ’s Grill has 1/2 price burgers and sandwiches every Tuesday while the band is playing from 6-8 p.m. Also, in April they’re opening JJ’s on the Lake at Prairie Creek Marina.

Spring has sprung. Celebrate at Little Bread Co. with an iced latte and a cinnamon roll on your favorite Block Street patio.
