I am looking for a cool, eclectic place to rent near Dickson or downtown Fayetteville. A house broken into apartments, a duplex, a quaint house, anything like that with a funky, Fayetteville vibe (hardwood floors, etc).
Prefer something that is word of mouth and not listed on Craigslist.
