During the month of February 2011, Tuesdays were Youth Bridge Nights at Café Delta Soul. A contribution in the amount of 10% of sales was raised during the month of February at the Café Delta Soul location. Café Delta Soul co-owner and general manager Mike Vaughn with co-worker Bobbie Falcon presented a check to Dr. Nancy Hairston, Director of Development for Youth Bridge. To date Café Delta Soul has raised over $1,200 to benefit local charities.
“The Youth Bridge Organization was great… even with all the snow he had, people still came out in support.” said Vaughn. “We are thankful to our customers who made Café Delta Soul their dining destination on Tuesdays to support this wonderful charity.”
Café Delta Soul is a restaurant located in Kantz Plaza at the intersection of Mission and Crossover in East Fayetteville specializing in catfish, ribs, steaks and creole soul.
