Fayetteville police to host April 30 prescription drug take-back event

The Fayetteville Police Department, in partnership with Project Right Choice, will be collecting your unused, unwanted, or expired medication, for the second annual Nation Prescription Drug Take Back Day. The event will be held on Saturday, April 30, from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm on Mountain Street, across from Fayetteville City Hall, at 113 W. Mountain.

Citizens can drive, or walk, up and drop off your unwanted, unused or expired medication. The Fayetteville Police Department will be there to secure the medications and make sure they are disposed of properly. There will be gift cards provided with your drop off, while supplies last.
