If you like fashion shows, airplanes, and helping local single parents get an education, there is really only one event for you.
It’s called Rock the Runway for Education, and it’s happening at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 at the Arkansas Air Museum.
The event features fashions from local designer Leslie Pennel (Esque), as well as five local clothing boutiques. Tickets are $35 per seat, $300 per table, or $20 for general admission, and are available at participating boutiques, Lola, Maca Boutique, Tesori, Walker Brothers, She Said Yes. Tickets are also available online at facebook.com.
Food will be provided by Flying Burrito, Slim Chickens, Mojo’s Pints And Pies, Grubs Uptown and Bliss Cupcake Cafe.
Proceeds from the show will benefit Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA.
