If you’ve ventured down to the Mill District in Fayetteville recently, you may have noticed a new restaurant has popped up in the original Greenhouse Grille location at 318 Archibald Yell Boulevard.
Twin Kitchen, a new restaurant specializing in traditional Thai cuisine officially opened on Friday, May 13. Owners (and twin brothers) Jeffrey and O.P. Somchay Sipamouane hope to carve out their own space in the crowded Thai food market in Fayetteville.
“We really hope to differentiate ourselves from the other options in town,” he said. “One of the unique things we offer is a Thai Noodle soup that is nothing like the other places in town have.”
O.P. said that some of his favorite dishes on the menu are the Thai Noodle Soup, as well as the restaurants versions of popular Thai dishes Pad See-Ew, Steak Lao, and Pok Papaya.
Twin Kitchen is open Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
