Back in October 2010, the Seedling Film Association organized the first ever Offshoot Film Festival in Fayetteville.
This week, organizers announced that the Offshoot will be back in 2011, and that they are currently seeking film submissions for the second-year festival. The four-day film fest will take place October 27-30 this year.

Submissions are being accepted in the six categories included last year (Narrative Feature, Documentary, Short Film, Animation, Student, and films with an Arkansas Connection), and a new category has been added this year for Low Budget/Low Tech films.
