Wednesday To-do: July 20

As soon as you’re finished downloading the new Washington County Sheriff’s Office iPhone app and looking through the entire roster of inmates, there are three things to do.

1) Think of an excuse for why you were on your iPhone for an hour at work (your boss noticed).
2) Figure out which word in this sentence is mispeled.
3) Plan your evening.

We’ll be of no help for the first two, but if you’re looking for some Wednesday night funtime options, we’ve got you covered.

There’s a metal blowout extravaganza at Rogue with Origin, Vital Remains, Abysmal Dawn, Vore, Macrocosm, Abacinated and Blood Eagle. See? It’s a blowout.

Earlier in the evening, there’s a free Bike-N-Draw event for anyone who likes to draw and get a little exercise, too. Meet at 6 p.m. at Ease Arts Supplies and ride the bike trails and draw along the way. Call 479-871-2348 for more info.

What else? Karaoke, jazz, Wii Bowling and a few more live music choices around town.
