We’ve known for a while how many days away we were from the kickoff of the 2011 Razorback Football season. Now, we can start counting down hours.

Game times and television information for the first three games of the season were released on Wednesday.

The Hogs’ opening game against Missouri State on Sept. 3 in Fayetteville will kick off at 6 p.m., and will be televised through pay-per-view.

Arkansas’ matchup with New Mexico State in Little Rock on Sept. 10 will kick off at 6 p.m. and will be televised nationally on ESPNU.

The Razorbacks’ third game of the 2011 season versus Troy in Fayetteville Sept. 17 will kick off at 6:30 p.m., and will be televised by CSS/CST.

Beyond that, game times will be announced depending on how things develop for the Hogs over the course of the season, and what games get picked up by national outlets.

Here’s a prediction, though. If the Hogs win these first three games, the Sept. 24 matchup against Alabama is gonna be enormous. We can’t wait. Gawgs.
