Community Link kickoff planned for Tuesday, Aug. 9 at the Fayetteville Public Library

A launching event for the Fayetteville Community Link website is set for Tuesday, Aug. 9 at the Fayetteville Public Library.

City officials are inviting the public to the launch of the Fayetteville Community Link at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9 inside the Walker Room at the Fayetteville Public Library.

Everyone is encouraged to come out and celebrate this innovative, online resource for community-wide engagement, collaboration, innovation and volunteer management. The Community Link takes citizen engagement to a new level by fostering civic culture and building a stronger communication infrastructure. Come and hear about the exciting possibilities available with the Community Link.

Mayor Lioneld Jordan will kick off the celebration at 11 a.m.
