The Lucero / Cody Canada & The Departed show originally scheduled for Sept. 16 at the Arkansas Music Pavilion has been postponed and separated into two shows at George’s Majestic Lounge.
The Lucero show will be held Friday Oct. 14, and the Cody Canada & The Departed show is set for Friday, Sept. 23.
According to a note posted on Lucero’s Facebook page, the rescheduling is due to the fact that the band will be in the studio during the original date.
Here’s the deal: we moved the show to George’s and changed the date (new date: Oct 14 / ages 18+) so we could record a new album. September is studio time. Tickets purchased for Sept 16 at AMP will be honored at George’s (unless you’re under 18, then you have to get a refund). We hope everyone understands, we’re very sorry about any inconvenience.
Tickets to both re-scheduled shows are now for sale at George’s ticketing site. Lucero tickets are $20, and Cody Canada & The Departed tickets are $10.
Fair warning: both shows will probably sell out pretty quickly.
