Washington County Sheriff Tim Helder advises that the Washington County Sheriff’s Office is staffing a booth in Thompson Hall during the Washington County Fair from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. through Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011.
The Sheriff’s Office is offering free Child Information Cards where parents may receive a picture of their child on a card which includes the child’s pertinent physical information as well as what to do in the event their child is ever lost.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Fayetteville Police Department will also be conducting a free Police K-9 Demonstration at the Washington County Fair on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 at 8:30 p.m. in the Livestock Arena.
