Do you like sports? How about volleyball? Can you spike it?
We ask, because the City of Fayetteville and the Yvonne Richardson Community Center are putting together a winter adult co-ed volleyball league, and registration is currently open.
The season begins Jan. 18 and runs through March 7, and matches will be played every Wednesday at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. at the Yvonne Richardson Center. The season will include seven games, plus a guaranteed spot in the post-season tournament.
To register, stop by the Parks and Recreation office at 1455 Happy Hollow Road to pick up a registration form.
The cost is $250 per team. Registration closes Dec. 22, but late registration is available until Jan. 6 for an additional $10 fee.
