We found 12 local holiday markets, art sales, and bazaars happening in Fayetteville this week.

Put on your Santa hat and your Santa beard, and get ready to load up your magical sack with gifts. It’s holiday market season in Fayetteville.

We didn’t even know that was a thing, but as it turns out, there are a lot of opportunities to pick up some locally made arts, crafts, jewelry, and other stuff for your friends and loved ones over the next few days.

We found 12 local holiday markets, art sales, and bazaars (including one “bizarre”) happening in Fayetteville this week. Here’s what we know about them.

The North Forty Holiday Art Market

When: Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: The North Forty, 40 N. Crossover Rd.
Info: The North Forty Holiday Art Market features handmade pottery, jewelry, greeting cards, art, natural body products, soaps and candles, toys, Himalayan products, childrens’ accessories, Hogs ornament, Christmas wreaths, baskets, food and home products, and more.

Art for the Holidays III

When: Opening Thursday, Dec. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Where: Fayetteville Underground, 1 E. Center St.
Info: The Fayetteville Underground will celebrate the opening of their third annual Art for the Holidays exhibition, featuring works of original art created by the Fayetteville Underground Studio artists, E Street artists, as well as many of the visiting artists that have shown at the Underground in the past. Heartwood Gallery Open House

When: Thursday, Dec. 1 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Where: Heartwood Gallery, 428 S. Government Ave.
Info: Twenty local artists will have work for sale, including pottery, gourds, weaving, glass, jewelry, photography, painting, sculpture, and more. The artists have also hired a limousine to shuttle patrons back and forth, for free, to the square for First Thursday.

Fayetteville Arts Alliance benefit at Studio 3

When: Thursday, Dec. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Where: Studio 3 (Kathy P. Thompson Studios), 3 E. Mountain St.
Info: Kathy Thompson and Cindy Arsaga will open their studio for an art sale and fundraiser for the newly created Fayetteville Arts Alliance.

Artini Festival

When: Thursday, Dec. 1 and Friday, Dec. 2 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
Where: Fayetteville Town Center, 15 W. Mountain St.
Info: The first ever Artini (that’s art and martinis) festival will feature an art sale by local artists and martini creations by local bartenders. More information is available at artinifestival.com.

Block Street Art Sale

When: Friday, Dec. 2 from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 4 from 12 to 5 p.m.
Where: GoodFolk Productions, 229 N. Block Ave.
Info: The 11th annual Block Street Art Sale will feature 11 artists, including Don House, Marie Demeroukas, Karen Chotkowski, Michelle Berg-Vogel, Debra DuBois, Susan Shore, Victoria McKinney, Cindy Arsaga, Elizabeth Nevin, Faye Alter, and Vajra Engber. More info is available on Facebook.

Little Craft Show

When: Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Vintage Fellowship, 3416 N. College Ave.
Info: This first-time holiday market will feature unique handmade goods from 25 local artists. More information is available at littlecraftshow.com.

When: Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4 from 12 to 4 p.m.
Where: Nadine Baum Studios, 505 W. Spring St.
Info: The 4th annual NWACCC Holiday Bazaar will feature works of pottery, jewelry, artwork, cards, and other items from local artists. More information is available on Facebook.

Farmers’ Market Holiday Gift Market

When: Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, 4703 N. Crossover Rd.
Info: The Fayetteville Farmers’ Market will host the annual holiday market at the Botanical Garden, featuring fresh evergreen decorations, holiday baked goods, gift items, furniture, art, seasonal produce, 2012 gift certificates, and more.

Trailside Village Holiday Bazaar

When: Saturday, Dec. 3 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: 546 W. Center St. (next to Frisco Trail)
Info: The businesses along Frisco Trail will hold their second annual holiday bazaar featuring karaoke, a wreath making workshop, free hand or chair massages, and specials on fashion, cosmetics, gift baskets, and other items.

Block Street Bizarre

Block Street Bizarre

When: Sunday, Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: North Block Avenue
Info: This holiday shopping event is organized by Block Street Businesses, and benefits local community and non-profit groups like Peace at Home Family Shelter, Salvation Army Angel Tree, Toys for Tots, Last Night Fayetteville and Haven of the Ozarks. Over 20 businesses will participate with sales, specials, and activities. The Grinch will be there, there’s a scavenger hunt, another installment of the Magical Damage Carnival local art show, and more. St. Paul’s Alternative Gift Market

When: Sunday, Dec. 4 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 224 N. East Ave.
