Fayetteville vs. Bentonville 2011 state football championship game to be broadcast live

The Fayetteville Bulldogs take on the Bentonville Tigers for the 7A state championship football game Saturday, Dec. 3 in Little Rock.

Update: Fayetteville beat the Tigers 29-28 in overtime. It’s the first state title for the Bulldogs since 2007. The Fayetteville win marked the end of a 25-game winning streak for Bentonville, who beat the Bulldogs last year in the state title game.


The 2011 7A Arkansas state championship football game between the Fayetteville Bulldogs and the Bentonville Tigers will be broadcast locally on FHS-TV.

FHS student will broadcast the game live from War Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 3. Kickoff is set for noon.

According to a news release, the broadcast will air on Cox Cable channel 217 and on AT&T Uverse channel 99.

A live stream of the game will be provided on the FPS website (click here to watch).

Lelia Sarvestani will serve as the camera operator. Shane Stroinski and Nate Korth will provide play-by-play commentary.
