Fayetteville pet owners will no longer have to pay a yearly $5 pet license fee. They will, however, be required to have their dogs and cats microchipped.

Thursday To-do

TheatreSquared will debut its version of Frank Capra’s holiday film “It’s A Wonderful Life,” tonight at Nadine Baum Studios across from the Walton Arts Center.

Seven actors will portray 64 roles in the theatrical version of what the American Film Institute called “the century’s most inspirational film.”

Tickets are $22-28, and can be purchased at waltonartscenter.org.
