The City Council this week approved a proposal list from the city’s Transportation Division that includes over 30 improvement projects in all four of Fayetteville’s wards.

The Fayetteville area climbed 17 spots in the 2011 Milken Institute Best-Performing Cities Index which measures economic and job growth.
Travel + Leisure magazine named Bentonville to its list of the 12 Hottest Travel Destinations of 2012. It was the only United States location to make the list.
