All-female art show set for Dec. 29 at The Lightbulb Club

Return by local artist Beth Buckley, one of several talented ladies who will have work on display at the “Do You Want to Go to the Bathroom With Me?” all-female art show Thursday night.

There are all kinds of great art shows in Fayetteville.

There are First Thursday art shows. There are Worst Thursday art shows.

This week, there’s a show called “Do You Want to Go to the Bathroom With Me?” which showcases the work of 13 talented female artists at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29 at The Lightbulb Club.

The show will feature photography, paintings, sculpture, hand-made items, and more created solely by local female artists, including Jessica Beil, Beth Buckley, Cassy Dominick, Kat Hiatt, Emily Jones, Digby Jukes, Sarah Levine, Megan Massanelli, Sarah Norsworthy, Jacqueline Shin, Jessie Ward, Laura Whitfield, and Ashley Williams.

Afterwards, former-Fayettevilleians turned famous Providence, Rhode-Islanders The Body will play some songs, along with KTTN RPPRS and Fauxnz.

The art show is free to attend, and the rock show afterwards has a $3 cover.
