For a little over three years, Little Rock has been home to a monthly underground dance party called Cool Shoes.

This month, Cool Shoes residents Wolf-E-Wolf and Cam Holifield will bring the party to Fayetteville for the first time, with a show that’ll include local DJs Beat Bachs and Baby Armie on Friday, Jan. 13 at Rogue.

The event began at Downtown Music Hall in May of 2008, and was originally organized by DJ Shawn Lee (who now works as a designer with popular video sharing site, Vimeo).

Over the last three years, it has grown to become one of most successful and highly anticipated regular events in the city, boasting the best resident DJs, visuals, sound, and lighting the state has to offer.

There’s also a photo booth involved. Party pics, yo.

The show starts at 10 p.m., there’s a $5 cover, and you gotta be 18 or older to get in.
