The Fayetteville and Fort Smith mayors yesterday announced a plan to hold a series of four joint meetings to explore ways to work together on transportation issues that could benefit the two cities and the region.

An assistant principal at Ramay Junior High School in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday on eight counts of indecent exposure.

Glenn Campbell’s “Goodbye Tour,” the final string of shows for the 75-year-old musician who last year announced that he is battling Alzheimer’s disease, will make a stop in Fayetteville this spring.

The latest TheatreSquared production, Tigers Be Still, begins a series run tonight at Nadine Baum Studios.

TheatreSquared is one of the first theaters outside New York to present the Kim Rosenstock play which the New York Times called “Piercing, ferocious, and devastatingly hilarious.”
