CONFIRMED: Websighting: Kid Cudi, April 29 at University of Arkansas

It’s not confirmed, but according to frequent collaborator Chip Tha Ripper’s website, Kid Cudi is coming to the University of Arkansas later this month.

Chip’s site lists a show at the UA with Kid Cudi on April 29, which jives with a poll that University Programs’ Headliner Concerts Committee put out earlier this year asking for input on whether to bring Kid Cudi, Nelly, or J. Cole to town this semester.

Chip Tha Ripper and Kid Cudi toured relatively extensively together last summer, and the two rappers have also collaborated on a project called “The Almighty GloryUS.”

According to his site, Chip Tha Ripper will also be in town on April 13 for a show at the Sigma Chi fraternity house.

Obviously nothing is official, but the show will likely be at Barnhill Arena, and tickets will likely be free to UA students before a limited amount are offered for sale to the public.

The committee is a student-run and student fee-based organization that hosts large concert events on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. Past performers include Snoop Dogg, Foo Fighters, and John Mayer.

We’ll keep you posted.
