Six cited in Fayetteville during April 5 alcohol enforcement checks

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor today announced that out of 14 businesses checked in a recent alcohol compliance stakeout, six citations were issued.

In a press release, Tabor said violations were found at the Inn at Carnall Hall, Powerhouse Seafood & Grill, Geraldi’s, Feltner Brothers (Spring Street), Flying Burrito (Spring Street) and Qdoba Mexican Grill.

The Fayetteville Police Department frequently conducts random checks for compliance of businesses responsible for the sale of alcohol around town.

The most recent efforts were Thursday, April 5.

One employee at each location was issued a citation for Unknowingly Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
