Another Art Amiss compilation released on Bandcamp

Art Amiss Benefit Compilation artwork

Art Amiss music director Eric Jensen’s quest to create a digital archive of all the local compilations the organization has released through the years took another step this week.

Jensen recently tracked down a copy of Art Amiss Benefit Compilation, originally released in November 2005, and has made the record available for download at the Art Amiss Bandcamp page.

The album was created for a fundraiser event for the creation of the Art Amiss website. Fewer than 50 copies of the CD were originally produced.

Jensen has also made available two other compilations – Art Amiss Compilation and Art Amiss 3. All three albums are free to stream, and can be downloaded for $3 each.

In addition, CD copies of recent Art Amiss compilations 13 and 14, as well as vinyl copies of Art Amiss’ latest metal collection, “The Hills Have Amps,” are available at Sound Warehouse and the Fayetteville Hastings location.

Proceeds from the sale of all of the compilations benefit Art Amiss, an organization dedicated to helping artists living in, working in, or from Arkansas.
