Food Network was in town this past weekend to film an episode for the third season of The Great Food Truck Race. Five food truck teams sold food in various locations around town Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.

After years of discussion, the Garland Avenue widening project is finally underway. A seven-month project kicks off this week that will prepare the area for road construction.

The upcoming 637-bedroom student housing complex under construction at West Avenue and Maple Street in downtown Fayetteville now has an official name: Sterling Frisco.
