As usual, the Fayetteville downtown square was packed for the annual Trick or Treat on the Square event Wednesday afternoon.
Mayor Lioneld Jordan, several city staff and dozens of local businesses and groups were on hand to pass out candy. The streets around the square were blocked from traffic to provide a safe area for the event.
