REMINDER: Free screenings of Up Among The Hills scheduled in November

If you’ve been dying to see Up Among the Hills, the first of several free screenings is scheduled for tonight (Nov. 1) at the Fayetteville Public Library.

The 60-minute film, which documents the history of Fayetteville, was written and produced by Emmy-winning documentary filmmaker and University of Arkansas professor Larry Foley, and is narrated by former President Bill Clinton.

The free screenings will be held inside the library’s Walker Community Room (walk in the front doors and turn right at the main desk) at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 and Tuesday, Nov. 6, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11. Update: Library staff have scheduled four more screenings in November (see dates here).

DVDs are also available for purchase through the The University of Arkansas Press for $19.95
