Expect Sunday road closures during 2012 Fayetteville Half Marathon

The 2012 Fayetteville Half Marathon is set for Sunday, Dec. 9 and will require several temporary road and trail closures around town.

The following will be closed temporarily for the times provided:

7:30 to 9 a.m. – Razorback Road from Meadow to MLK
7:45 to 9 a.m. – MLK Blvd (westbound) from Razorback to Garland
7:45 to 9:15 a.m. – Stadium Drive from MLK to Clinton
7:45 to 8:30 a.m. – Virginia Avenue
7:45 to 9 a.m. – Clinton Drive from Bulldog to Stadium
7:45 to 9:30 a.m. – Leroy Pond Drive
7:45 to 9:30 a.m. – Stadium Drive from Clinton to Maple
8 to 11:30 a.m. – Maple Street from Razorback to Garland
8 to 9 a.m. – Garland Avenue from Maple to just south of Drake intersection
8 to 9:30 a.m. – Garland Avenue from Maple to just south of N. Maxwell
8 to 10:30 a.m. – Garland Avenue from Maple intersection to Hickory
8 to 9:30 a.m. – Bel Air Drive from Garland to Oakland
8 to 9:45 a.m. – Oakland Avenue from Bel Air to Sycamore
8 to 10:45 a.m. – Sycamore Street from Oakland to Scull Creek Trail head on Sycamore
8 to 11 a.m. – Scull Creek Trail from Sycamore to Maple
8 to 11 a.m. – Hickory Street from Garland to Oakland
8 to 11 a.m. – Oakland Avenue from Hickory to Sycamore
8 to 11 a.m. – Gregg Street from Maple to Dickson
8 to 11 a.m. – Dickson Street from Gregg to Arkansas Avenue
8 to 11 a.m. – Arkansas Avenue (west side of boulevard) from Dickson to Maple
8 to 11 a.m. – Campus Drive (in front of Old Main)
8 to 11:30 a.m. – Maple Street from Wilson to Storer
8 to 11:30 a.m. – Dickson Street from S. Campus Drive to Garland
8 to 11:30 a.m. – Garland Avenue from Dickson to Maple
7 a.m. to Noon – Meadow Street between Stadium and Razorback
7 a.m. to Noon – Razorback Road from Maple to north of Center, but south of Meadow
