Want to help give props to your favorite local server or other worker in the restaurant or hotel business? There’s an app a program for that.
The Fayetteville Visitors Bureau this month launched the Hospitality Hero program designed to stimulate and reward exceptional customer service by employees working in the hospitality industry.
Guests, customers or managers can nominate individuals by filling out a Hospitality Hero nomination card located at various local tourism industry-related businesses around town and at the Fayetteville Visitors Center, 21 S. Block Ave.
Nominations can also be emailed to the Visitors Bureau staff at [email protected].
Bureau staff will select a “Hero of the Month” to be featured on the ExperienceFayetteville.com website and recognized at a special reception held during National Travel and Tourism week beginning in May 2014. A “Hero of the Year” will also be selected from the monthly award recipients, and will receive a special prize package.
