After a 17-year run, and a whole lot of recognition for the local music scene, the Northwest Arkansas Music Awards (or as they’re known locally, simply the NAMAs) won’t return for an 18th year in 2013.

City to install 50-70 new bike racks in downtown Fayetteville
According to Peter Nierengarten, the city’s director of sustainability and strategic planning, the first 20 new racks will be installed around the Fayetteville square early next month, with additional racks coming to the Dickson Street area after that.

Dickson Street Pup Crawl set for April 20
The event, which is basically a pub crawl that you can bring your dog to, is set for 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 at various watering holes on Dickson Street.
