The Fayetteville Public Library will soon begin a series of public input sessions to gather feedback on future services and the library’s role in the community.

The city’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will soon ask residents for their opinion on the proposed master plan of the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, which includes adding a nature education area, visitor center, event pavilion, community market, arboretum and amphitheater.

This week’s scheduled public meetings include the Advertising and Promotion Commission, a Walton Arts Center Future Forum, Fayetteville Public Library Board and more.

The Arkansas baseball team won its away weekend series against Alabama, but fell short of a sweep after a 5-0 loss on Saturday. Still, the team improved to 23-9 for the season.
