Nine local restaurants will donate a portion of their sales to Peace at Home Family Shelter today (April 25) as part of the organization’s annual fundraiser, Dine Out For Peace.
Rogers-based restaurant Green Bean will donate a portion of their lunch sales, and the other restaurants, including Fayetteville-based eateries Bordinos, Lucky Luke’s, and Fresco Cafe will donate proceeds from dinner sales.
Peace at Home Family Shelter operates a 24-hour, 7 days a week shelter in Northwest Arkansas for women and children who are victims of family violence. Funds raised during the event will help support the organization’s mission to end family violence in Northwest Arkansas through education, outreach, and advocacy.
