Game times, TV info released for first three 2013-14 Razorback football games

It may seem like the dog days of summer around Fayetteville, but the Hog days of fall are right around the corner.

Razorback football kicks off in just over a month, and the UA athletic department on Tuesday announced game times and television information for the first three Razorback football matchups of the 2013 season.

Arkansas will begin the first campaign under new head coach Bret Bielema at 3 p.m. Aug. 31 against Louisiana (also known as Louisiana-Lafayette). The first game will be televised by FSN.

The Hogs’ second game against Samford in Little Rock on Saturday, Sept. 7 kicks off at 7 p.m., and will be televised via pay-per-view.

The Sept. 14 matchup versus Southern Miss at Razorback Stadium begins at 11:21 a.m. on the SEC Network.

In addition to the first three games, it was announced earlier this summer that Arkansas’ game at LSU on Friday, Nov. 29 will begin at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.

Future game times and television information will be announced as the season progresses. The full 2013-14 schedule is below.
