Coming here: William Shatner, Jan. 11 at Walton Arts Center

Television and movie legend William Shatner will bring his solo show Shatner’s World: We Just Live in It to Fayetteville for an 8 p.m. performance on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at the Walton Arts Center.

The 90-minute show takes audiences on a voyage through the life and career of the 82-year-old actor, who is known as much for his unique persona as for his expansive body of work on television and film, including his most popular role as Star Trek‘s Captain Kirk.

Expect storytelling, songs and, of course, jokes.

“I’m making a journey of discovery, if you will, about my life,” Shatner told Rolling Stone. “I ask questions about who I am, what I am, why am I here. I have no answers whatsoever.”

Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 24 at waltonartscenter.org. Prices range from $50-$125.
