Saturday’s Razorback scrimmage now open to the public

Arkansas fans jonesing for a football fix will have an opportunity to get one this weekend.

Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema announced on Twitter Friday that the Hogs’ intrasquad scrimmage scheduled for Saturday will be open to the public.

Bielema had previously indicated that the scrimmage would be closed, but an encouraging first week of workouts led him to reconsider.

“With the growth & development we have shown with our practices, we will open the scrimmage tomorrow to the media and public,” wrote Bielema.

Gates open at 3:30 p.m. and the scrimmage will begin shortly after that.
