If you can get out of work a little bit early, and if you like craft beer, there’s an event you should know about at Dickson St. Liquor Friday afternoon.
According to the store’s Facebook page, they recently received their license to offer beer tasting events, and they’ll be holding their first one at the store from 4-6 p.m. today (Oct. 4).

Friday’s tasting will include four beers from Springfield, Missouri-based Mother’s Brewing Company, including their Mr. Pumpkin, Old School Octoberfest, Fancy Pants and D’Lila brews.
