Locals looking for entertainment on New Year’s Eve will be hard pressed not to find something interesting at the annual Last Night Fayetteville celebration on the downtown square.
That’s because the event, set for Tuesday, Dec. 31, includes over 20 performances by a wide variety of musicians, theatre groups, comedy improv groups, belly dancers and jugglers.
Organizers have released the specific times and venues for the performances scheduled at this year’s celebration. In addition to the list below, Last Night also includes a food truck food court, a local beer garden, a fireworks show, and a champagne toast at midnight.
A new Hog Drop (think of the ball drop in Times Square) sculpture will highlight this year’s countdown to midnight, beginning at 11:45 p.m. around the square, and a fireworks finale takes place after midnight.
Tickets are $15 in advance for adults, and $5 for children. VIP tickets are also available for $65, which includes access to a VIP lounge, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.
