The 2014 U.S. Junior Water Ski Team Trials will be held June 28-29 at Cedar Creek Ski Park just outside of Fayetteville, officials announced last month.

The two-round world record capability tournament will determine the four-member U.S. Junior Water Ski Team that will defend its title at the 15th Junior Water Ski World Championships, set for July 29 through Aug. 3 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.

Cedar Creek, which includes two manmade lakes designed specifically for three-event water skiing, has previously hosted the South Central Regional Water Ski Championships and several other world record capability water ski tournaments.
