Fayetteville Animal Shelter offers Puppy-Grams for Valentine’s Day

Looking for a unique way to score some serious points on Valentine’s Day?

The Fayetteville Animal Shelter is offering Puppy-Grams this year with a donation of at least $30.

The Puppy-Grams include a 10-minute visit from Rocko, a standard poodle, or Gabby, a small terrier mix. Both dogs are former shelter animals who residents may have seen at the front desk while visiting the facility last year.

Valentines will also be presented with one long stemmed rose and a card acknowledging that a donation has been made to the shelter in their honor.

“We are so excited to offer a way for people to help the shelter while also providing them a unique way to surprise a loved one on Valentine’s Day,” said Justine Lentz, shelter superintendent.

All of the funds raised will go into the shelter’s donation account to be used as needed throughout the year and all donations are tax deductible.

Twenty slots are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14. Puppy-Grams are only available for addresses within the Fayetteville city limits.

To sign up, visit the shelter at 1640 S. Armstrong Ave., or call 479-444-3456.
