A food truck court is coming soon to Dickson Street with room for a half dozen trucks and picnic tables for outdoor seating.

Tonight’s City Council meeting agenda includes a $70,000 contract with Garver, LLC for additional design services on the planned downtown parking deck. Full agenda here.

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department will host a public meeting Thursday to discuss updates to the state’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan.

Former ESPN commentator Jimmy Dykes will make $450,000 per year as head coach of the Arkansas women’s basketball program. Dykes signed a letter of agreement with the Razorbacks that runs through the 2017-18 season.

Katherine Grable, a six-time All-American senior for the Arkansas gymnastics team, will be honored by throwing out the first pitch before tonight’s Razorback baseball game against Nebraska.
