Sections of Interstate 540 and Highway 71 will receive a new highway designation in northwest Arkansas beginning today.

The Fayetteville Lovers of Pure Suds, the local homebrew club founded by the late Dr. John Griffiths, celebrated its 21st birthday earlier this month.

All-American senior Katherine Grable claimed the first and second national titles in Arkansas gymnastic history on Sunday.

The Arkansas baseball team defeated No. 11 Vanderbilt 3-1 to take the series from the Commodores on Sunday.
