Fayetteville officials launched a new emergency alert system this month designed to notify residents about tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, flash flooding and other emergencies.

University of Arkansas Police are asking the campus community to remain on alert following a report of a possible shooting threat.

Sales tax deliveries were back up this month in all four of the major cities across northwest Arkansas.

Fayetteville acts Barrett Baber and Backroad Anthem will perform a tornado relief benefit concert tonight at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville.
